Maple dill sorbet

Ingredients (1 liter)

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups pure maple syrup or organic syrup
  • 5 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice

  1. Bring water and maple syrup or organic syrup to a boil.
  2. Chop dill finely and steep in syrup. Add lemon juice.
  3. Allow to cool and place in ice cream maker. Turn for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Allow to set in freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Serve as refresher.
