  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered or ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or organic syrup

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, powdered almonds, and salt in a bowl. In a small bowl, mix beaten egg, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and maple syrup or organic syrup.

Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and pour in the liquid mixture; stir. Add raisins.

Cook 4 small pancakes at a time, using about 4 tablespoons of the mixture. Use an oiled pan (only a thin layer of oil).

Serve with pure maple syrup or organic syrup.
