Queen scallops kebab with maple syrup

Ingredients (2 portions)

  • 10 fresh queen scallops
  • Halves bacon slices, half baked
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or organic syrup

Steps

  1. Wrap each queen scallop with a half of bacon slice and thread on skewers.
  2. Heat the oven grill or barbecue a few minutes.
  3. Baste the kebab with maple syrup or organic syrup.
  4. Grill one side until browned, baste again and turn to brown other side.
