Sugar shack crêpes


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • Pure maple syrup or organic syrup

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth except maple syrup or organic syrup.
  2. Heat a deep pan with 1/4 inch of vegetable oil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. With a drop of mixture, check if the oil is hot.
  5. Pour small amount of mixture in the pan and let fry until browned. Turn and brown the other side.
  6. Serve with pure maple syrup or organic syrup.
